A few quick guidelines:
- Add at least one photo if you can — listings with images get noticed more
- All posts are reviewed before going live, so it may take a little while to appear
- Payments and ID verification are handled directly between you and the other person — Euro-listings doesn’t manage transactions or check identities. Agree on payment method, deposit, and ID (if you want it) yourselves before confirming.
- Location field: city + neighbourhood (e.g. “Barcelona, Gràcia”). Do not share your exact address here — that’s something to exchange privately once you’ve agreed on a booking.
Renting out your place while you’re away? Include in your description:
- Exact dates available (start – end)
- Price, and whether it’s per day, week, or month (and minimum stay, if any)
- Full apartment or a room in a shared space
- How many people it fits
- Check-in: self-check-in, keys with a neighbour, or are you reachable?
- Key amenities: wifi, AC/heating, washing machine, elevator, outdoor space
- House rules: pets, smoking, extra guests
